P. Mars Scott Law Offices specializes in providing legal advice and services which cater to your family. We offer a unique approach to all family-related issues, from complex marital dissolutions and parenting disputes, to drafting wills, and assisting in the division of a deceased loved one’s estate. We also represent people who have sustained an injury due to someone else’s negligence and property owners in matters ranging from boundary and zoning issues to evictions. We are located in Missoula, and regularly accept cases in Missoula, Kalispell, Polson, Superior, and Hamilton.
