Personal Biography: Ruth was raised in Missoula, Montana and graduated from Hellgate High School where she was a valedictorian and an All State athlete. Ruth first attended Montana State University to study architecture before transferring to the University of Montana. After graduating from the U of M in 1994 with a BA in political science and minors in History and German, Ruth attended Gonzaga University School of Law graduating in 1997. Alongside her legal career, Ruth spends her time with her family, hiking, camping, rafting, skiing, and following her children’s many sports and music events.
